I’m building a focused, two-sided marketplace for the home-care industry where agencies can post last-minute openings and qualified caregivers can bid on the shifts they want. The flow is deliberately kept lean: new users create an account with just an email and password, complete their profile, and can immediately start posting or bidding.
The heart of the platform is a polished, professional interface that supports fast job listings and transparent bidding—much like Freelancer, but tailored to hourly in-home care work. Agencies set the starting wage when they post; caregivers then submit their own rate offers, and the hiring team can review profiles, compare bids, and award the job in a single dashboard.
I need a full build that includes:
• Secure, password-based registration with email verification
• Employer and caregiver dashboards for posting, bidding, and tracking active jobs
• Robust search and filter tools so companies can locate caregivers by skills, location, or certifications
• Responsive front-end styled with a clean, corporate look that instills trust in both sides of the marketplace
• Admin panel for user management, dispute handling, analytics, and billing.
Code should be modular so additional features—reviews, ratings, or real-time chat—can be added later without a full refactor.
