AI Dashboard Upgrade for IoT
Budget: €250 – €750 EUR
Our existing web app drives a network of smart solar poles that power lights, cameras and other sensors. Right now it does the basics—dimming, on/off control and scheduling—but the interface feels dated and our users can’t easily see how much energy they are saving or where inefficiencies creep in. I want to roll out a fresh, responsive dashboard and enrich it with AI so the system not only shows data but actively helps operators cut waste.
Here is what I need delivered:
• A modern dashboard layout: clean, mobile-friendly screens that bring key metrics to the surface.
• New data-vis components: live-updating line, bar and pie charts that pull from our existing device API so trends and anomalies pop out immediately.
• Revamped control panel: intuitive toggles and schedulers for dimming, on/off and timing, with zero-lag feedback from the devices.
• AI layer for energy optimisation: the app should analyse usage patterns, recommend optimal brightness schedules and auto-adjust when savings are clear.
• Automated reports and alerts: scheduled PDF/email summaries plus real-time notifications whenever consumption or device status crosses defined thresholds.
• Clear documentation and a short hand-over session so my team can maintain and extend the codebase.
Acceptance is straightforward: the charts must refresh in near real time, AI recommendations must be testable against historical data, alerts must reach at least email, and the UI must run smoothly on desktop and mobile browsers.
You are free to suggest the best stack—React, Angular, Vue, Chart.js, D3, or any other modern library—as long as the final product is lightweight, well-structured and easy to maintain. I will provide API endpoints, current UI screenshots and sample datasets as soon as we start.
