DIY Digital Loan Journey Templates

I need four production-ready HTML/CSS/JS template sets that walk a borrower through a completely self-service digital loan journey. Each set must feel modern and minimalistic, echoing the “no-friction” flow you see on ICICI, HDFC and other leading Indian bank sites, yet remain clean enough for us to re-skin for different brands later.

Scope of the journey
• Step 1 – real-time loan eligibility check
• Step 2 – full loan application form
(We do not require status-tracking screens in this delivery.)

Core requirements
• Four visually distinct template versions, all responsive across desktop, mobile and tablet.
• Central theme file (variables for color, typography, spacing) so our engineers can swap branding in one place.
• Vanilla JS (or lightweight framework, if you propose one) with clear separation of logic and presentation.
• Semantic, accessible markup; WCAG considerations baked in.
• Inline and separate developer documentation that explains component structure, CSS architecture, and where to hook API calls.

Deliverables
1. Four zipped template folders (HTML, SCSS/CSS, JS, assets).
2. A style guide / theme token file for each version.
3. Setup notes and integration guide (Markdown or PDF).
4. Brief competitor analysis summary highlighting the best-practice patterns you adopted.

Acceptance criteria
• Pages render correctly in the latest Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge and on iOS/Android browsers.
• All text, image and icon placeholders pull from the brand asset bundle I supply.
• One-click theme variable change updates colors, fonts and button shapes across every screen.
• Lighthouse score ≥ 90 for performance and accessibility on mobile.
