Customer Portal Development with Role-Based Access

I'm looking for an experienced developer to create a customer portal accessible on both web and mobile platforms. The portal will have differing access levels for staff and customers, secured with two-factor authentication.

Requirements:
- Staff View: Customer lists and workflows.
- Customer Dashboard: Personalized view displaying data from Freeagent and Xero, including:
