Custom WordPress Course Site Build

I’m launching a new platform for educational courses and need a WordPress specialist who can take the idea from blank install to fully-featured, production-ready site. Everything must be custom-branded and optimised, not a quick theme tweak.

Core functionality I expect:
• User registration with individual learner profiles
• Real-time course progress tracking that updates as lessons are completed
• Secure payment gateway integration for one-off purchases and future subscription options

Besides implementing those essentials, you’ll set up a clean course catalogue, organise lessons into structured modules, and ensure the admin area lets me add or edit content without touching code. Page speed, responsive design, and basic on-page SEO should be baked in from day one.

I’m open to the LMS stack you prefer—whether that’s a custom post–type solution, LearnDash, LifterLMS, or similar—so long as it remains future-proof and easy for a non-developer to maintain.

Deliverables
1. Fully configured WordPress site on my hosting, with all three core features working end-to-end
2. Custom child theme and necessary plugins installed, styled to match provided brand guide
3. Launch checklist completed (security hardening, backups, caching, payment test transactions)
4. Short hand-off video or live walkthrough so I can manage courses, users, and orders myself
