Custom Website Tool Integration

I need a developer to integrate tools into my custom-built website, making it simple to add pages, images, and adjust any sections.

Requirements:

- Allow for much more customization on the website that currently exists from the admin page/added security so you can't just get in like you can now.
- Provide detailed installation instructions for server deployment
