Custom Upgrades For Gym Software
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need targeted enhancements added to our in-house gym management platform so it matches the way we actually run the club.
Member management is first on the list. The new member signup flow must be streamlined, attendance automatically logged from our existing turn-stile check-ins, and profile pages expanded so staff can amend membership types, freeze dates and add notes in a single screen.
For billing and payments, I want fully automated recurring charges that respect membership start / pause dates plus a cleaner, branded PDF invoice layout. We already connect to a payment gateway, so focus here is the automation logic and the invoice template rather than a new integration.
Class scheduling also needs attention: the calendar should let reception drag-and-drop classes, instantly update capacity counters and display real-time availability inside the member portal.
Deliverables
• Updated member registration wizard, attendance tracker and profile editor
• Automation scripts or stored procedures that generate and dispatch recurring invoices, plus a custom PDF/X invoice template (logo, tax, footer)
• Enhanced scheduling interface with capacity tracking and live portal feed
• Source code, database scripts and a brief deployment guide
Acceptance criteria will be a working build on our staging server, passing smoke tests for each module above. Codebase is PHP with a MySQL backend; Git access and a full data model will be supplied on kickoff.
