I run a repair and maintenance service and need a website that sells those services and locks in appointments in one uninterrupted flow. When a visitor arrives, I want them to see my real-time availability, choose a slot on a clean calendar, pay immediately (credit card, online transfer, or e-wallet), and receive instant confirmation—no back-and-forth messages, no manual follow-ups.
Design & UX
• Modern and minimalist visuals with plenty of white space, subtle animation, and fast-loading pages that feel just as smooth on mobile as on desktop.
• Clear service package cards, an at-a-glance rating section for past customer reviews, and a frictionless checkout that keeps the calendar visible right up to payment.
Technology & Flexibility
I prefer a fully custom-built solution—no Shopify or WooCommerce—so the booking engine, product catalog, and admin tools can be tailored exactly to my workflow and expanded later without platform limits. If you plan to leverage frameworks such as React, Next.js, Laravel, Node, or similar, mention that in your proposal; I’m open as long as the final stack remains easy to maintain and scale.
