Custom Self-Assessment Web App

I want to launch an online self-assessment tool that feels effortless for end-users yet is powerful behind the scenes. The core experience should be a modern, responsive interface where visitors move through a series of questions, submit, and immediately receive a scored result on screen or via email.

Behind the UI, the application needs server-side logic that calculates scores from answer weights I will define, stores each submission in a database, and triggers branded email summaries to both the user and an internal address. An admin-only area must let me:
• add or edit questions, scoring rules, and email templates
• view, filter, and export all submissions

Please build with a mainstream stack you are comfortable maintaining—Laravel, Django, Node/Express, or similar—using a clean component structure and secure authentication. The finished package should include: source code, a README that explains environment variables (database, SMTP / SendGrid keys, etc.), and a simple deployment script or guide for my VPS or cloud host. Automated tests for the scoring logic and basic UI flows are a plus.

The final product should be mobile-first, WCAG-friendly, and visually consistent with a sleek, contemporary aesthetic.
