Custom SEO WordPress Rebuild

I need my existing business website rebuilt on WordPress with a completely custom theme—no off-the-shelf templates, no page-builder shortcuts. I already have a detailed design ready to hand over; your job is to translate it pixel-for-pixel into a fast, lean theme that relies on Advanced Custom Fields for all editable content areas.

Technical focus
• On-page SEO: clean semantic markup, optimised headings, meta tags, XML sitemap and Core Web Vitals-friendly performance.
• GEO optimisation: embed the correct geo-tags for every service-area page so Google can read our local relevance.
• Schema: configure structured data for Organisation, LocalBusiness and any service pages so they validate in Google’s Rich Results test.
• Clean codebase: well-organised PHP, Sass/CSS and minimal JavaScript to keep the site lightweight and easy to maintain.
