Custom Responsive Website Build

I need a full-stack web solution built from scratch. The site must be fast, fully responsive, and easy for me to update without touching code. I will supply the sitemap and wireframes at kick-off; the design can follow a modern, clean aesthetic that works well across desktop and mobile.

Core requirements include:
• Home, About, and Contact pages plus one dynamic template I can reuse for future sections
• Integration with a straightforward CMS (WordPress, Strapi, or a comparable headless option) so text and images are editable through an admin interface
• Clean HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript—feel free to leverage React, Vue, or another framework if it speeds development
• SEO-friendly markup, semantic headings, and basic on-page optimisation
• Lighthouse scores of 90+ for performance, accessibility, best practices, and SEO on the mobile test
• Deployment to my hosting environment with a GitHub repository containing all source code
• Brief hand-off notes covering environment variables, build scripts, and update steps

Once the live site meets the Lighthouse benchmark and I can update content through the CMS, the project will be considered complete.
