WEBSITE BRIEF

We are looking to build a website specifically for listing blocks of land for a real estate company.

The website should align closely with the look and feel of our current website:

This includes branding, colours, typography, and overall user experience so it feels consistent with our existing presence.

CORE FUNCTIONALITY
1. Land Listings
The home page would have an overview of all the available stock, and then you can click into each bit of land for further information.
Key information to include:
Address
Price or price range
Land size
Frontage
Orientation
Estate/suburb
Status (Available, Under Offer, Under Contract, commercial)
Ability to add a short description (sales-focused, not just data)
2. Document Management (Key Feature)
Each listing must allow multiple documents to be uploaded
Documents should:
Be clearly named (e.g. Engineering Plans, Title, Design Guidelines, Soil Report)
Be downloadable directly from the listing
Backend must be simple and quick to update (this will be used weekly)

3. Search & Filtering
Users should be able to filter listings by:

Price range
Suburb/estate
Land size
Status
Titled vs untitled

4. Builder-Friendly Use

The platform should be designed not just for buyers, but also:
Builders looking to package house & land deals
Ability to quickly access documents and lot specs

5. Mobile Optimisation
Must be clean and easy to use on mobile
Most buyers will be viewing on their phone

6. Lead Capture
Each listing should include:
Enquiry form
Agent contact details

We want the site to feel:
