I’m building a dedicated online home for my real-estate inspections and bookings. Rather than relying on WordPress or Wix templates, I want a clean, fast, custom-coded solution that lets buyers see available inspection times and reserve a slot in seconds.
Here’s what the finished site must do for me:
• Real-time booking system that automatically blocks out chosen times and emails confirmations
• Inspection schedule calendar I can update from an admin dashboard, with simple CSV import or quick manual edits
• Responsive design optimised for mobile so on-site visitors can book instantly
• Lightweight, SEO-friendly pages that hit “Good” scores on Google PageSpeed for both mobile and desktop
• Simple CMS controls allowing my team to tweak text, images, and dates without touching code
Acceptance criteria: every successful booking fires an email plus a calendar invite, admin edits take no more than three clicks, and source code arrives fully commented with a brief user guide.
