Custom PHP Dashboard Development (Manual System – No Payment Integration)

I need a web dashboard that lets my Admin, Manager and Employee users see exactly the data they each need without exposing anything extra. The structure is already planned:

• On the Main Dashboard they should see overall payment summaries (only Admin & Manager), counts for total, ongoing, shipped and completed products, plus total customers.
• The Orders area is split into Production (with the flow Order Started → Dyeing → Stitching → Completed → Shipping), Payment Information (showing pending / advance / partial / full for Admin & Manager), and a Shipping section where staff can manually enter a tracking number.
• A separate Client Information tab holds client and measurement details.
• In Employees staff can be viewed by Admin & Manager, while the Settings tab lets them manage access rights and create new employee accounts with name, details and password.
• A simple Logout ends the session.

Role-based access control is critical: Admins and Managers see the confidential financial and employee screens, Employees only what they need for daily work.

I’m happy with any modern tech stack (React, Vue, Laravel, Django or similar) as long as the interface is clean, responsive and fast. Please include database design, API layer, and front-end implementation in your bid, along with an approximate timeline and examples of similar dashboards you have delivered.
