I'm hiring **one individual developer** (no teams or agencies) to create a **scratch layout and system planning** for a **fully custom-coded Nutrition Tracker Web App**.

This is **not** a Canva, Figma, or design tool project.
It is a **real web development project** that will be built with code. Right now, I want to see your **initial understanding and planning** — not development.
