Custom Multi-Clinic Health Portal

I’m building a white-label platform that any hospital, chain, or stand-alone clinic can adopt and brand as their own. Each organisation must be able to spin up an account, add unlimited branches as “children”, and still let the head office follow everything from a single parent dashboard.
Three core user roles drive the system—Admin, Doctor, and Patient. Admins need the power to create additional custom roles, toggle permissions for every screen, and turn individual modules on or off so each client pays only for what they use. Doctors will handle appointment management, dive into patient case histories, and issue or update prescriptions directly from their phone. Patients, in turn, can book visits in real time, pull up their full medical history, and view current or past prescriptions whenever they wish.
Mobile apps (Android and iOS) for both Doctor and Patient sides should sync seamlessly with a responsive web portal for Admins. Think multi-tenant architecture, centralised user authentication, and clear separation of each clinic’s data.
