I’m building an online shop that offers two things side-by-side: personalised children’s books and a carefully chosen range of toys. Parents need to be able to select a story, enter the child’s name and age, upload a photo, and add a short dedication, then see how their choices will appear in the finished book before they check out. The catalogue will be organised by age groups—from newborns right through to pre-teens—so browsing stays quick and intuitive.

The site must handle secure payments, calculate shipping, and send confirmation emails that include the personalisation details. On the back end I want a clean dashboard where I can add products, set different personalisation fields per title, track stock for the toys, and download print-ready files that already contain the customer’s photo and text. A playful, responsive design is essential, and I’d like basic SEO and analytics hooked in from day one.

Deliverables:
• Fully functional ecommerce site on a mainstream platform (Shopify, WooCommerce or similar—open to your suggestion)
• Customisation flow capturing name, age, photo and dedication with real-time or near-real-time preview
• Admin tools for product, inventory, discount and order management, plus export of personalised print files

• Light SEO setup, Google Analytics/Tag Manager integration and a short hand-off guide
