Custom Informational Website Development

I need a developer who can hand-code an informational website from the ground up—no AI site builders or drag-and-drop generators. The final product should feel modern and clean on both desktop and mobile, load quickly, and follow best practices for accessibility, SEO, and security.

Core scope
• Structure: up to six main pages (Home, About, Products & Solutions, Services, News, Contact Us) with room to expand in the future. Additional sub-pages to be created for certain main pages (Products & Solutions, Services).
• Functionality: a secure, spam-protected contact form that forwards inquiries to my email and stores a simple backup in the database.
• Design: pixel-perfect execution of the approved Figma/Sketch mock-ups (or you may propose your own designs in that same style).
• Design & Aesthetics: Need to be fully-conversant with Photoshop to edit photographs, create additional graphics, etc in line with the company theme.
• Tech stack: open to PHP/Laravel, Node/Express, or a lightweight static-site setup—as long as the code is clean, documented, and fully custom.
• Handover: full commented source code, build scripts, and any assets created; ownership and all intellectual-property rights transfer to me on final payment.

Acceptance criteria
1. Pages render consistently in the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.
2. Google Lighthouse performance score ≥ 90 on desktop and mobile.
3. Contact form delivers email reliably and is protected by reCAPTCHA or similar.
4. Code passes an automated linter and is free of third-party template snippets or AI-generated blocks.
