Custom HTML Programmer Portfolio Site

I’m looking for a developer who can hand-code a fast, responsive portfolio that highlights my work as a programmer. WordPress, Wix and other builders are off the table—I want a clean codebase written purely in HTML, CSS and vanilla JavaScript.

The finished site should:
• Present project case studies, code samples and a concise “about me” section
• Load quickly, pass basic lighthouse audits and display perfectly on mobile, tablet and desktop
• Be easy for me to extend, with clear comments and a short read-me explaining how to add new projects or sections

I already have a logo, color palette and the written copy. You’ll get those assets, plus screenshots and GitHub links, as soon as we kick off. Cross-browser testing (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) and lightweight animations are welcome, but keep external libraries to a minimum.
