Custom Facility Management System Build
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I need a web-based facility management system developed completely from the ground up. The application must revolve around three core modules:
• Maintenance management – scheduling, preventive and corrective tasks, equipment history, and automated reminders.
• Work order management – creation, assignment, status tracking, and real-time updates for all maintenance jobs.
• Invoicing – generate, store, and export invoices linked to completed work orders, with basic tax and discount handling.
Three role types have to be available out of the box—Admin, Maintenance staff, and Clients—each with its own dashboard, permissions, and notifications.
The build should be database-driven, mobile-responsive, and secure. Feel free to recommend the stack you are most productive with (Laravel, Django, Node, or similar) as long as the final codebase is clean, documented, and easy for another developer to extend.
Acceptance criteria
• Fully functioning web app running on my server (staging + production).
• Role-based access control working as described.
• All three modules finished, tested, and bug-free.
• Source code, schema, and setup documentation delivered at hand-over.
