Custom Equity Crowdfunding Web and Mobile Platform

I’m building an equity-based crowdfunding ecosystem that works smoothly in any modern browser and as a native-feeling iOS and Android app as well as Web.
The platform has three distinct roles—Investors, Project Creators and Admins—each with its own dashboard and permissions.

Core scope
• Secure user authentication (email, social and 2-factor ready)
• A clean project-submission flow for Creators, including document upload and review status
• Real-time investment tracking for Investors, complete with portfolio view, deal room and cap-table updates
• Admin console to approve projects, manage users and view platform analytics
• Common code-base and API powering both the web front-end and mobile apps

Tech is flexible, but I lean toward a modern stack such as React / React Native or Flutter for the client, Node or Django for the API, and a scalable SQL or NoSQL database.

Acceptance criteria
1. Users in each role can sign up, log in and see only the screens meant for them.
2. A Creator can publish a draft project, submit it for approval, and—once approved—see it listed publicly.
3. An Investor can browse live projects, make a commitment, and later view aggregate and per-deal performance in their dashboard.
4. Admins can suspend users, change project status and export key reports.
5. The same back-end serves both web and mobile builds with no functional discrepancies.

• Source code with clear README and environment setup scripts
• Deployed web app (staging + production)
