Custom Dry Cleaning Web Portal

I want to launch a fully custom website for my dry-cleaning business that lets customers handle everything online. The core features are:

• Secure account creation and login with a straightforward email-and-password flow.
• Encrypted credit-card capture and tokenised storage through a PCI-compliant gateway such as Stripe, Authorize.Net or Braintree.
• A personal dashboard where clients can see each order’s status, payment history and past activity.
• An admin area for me to view and update orders, charge cards, refund, and manage customer accounts.
• Clean, responsive UI crafted from scratch to match my brand—no off-the-shelf templates.

I’m aiming for a seamless user experience that reduces the time my staff spend on the phone and keeps customers coming back. You’ll handle design, development, testing, SSL setup and deployment to production.

Acceptance will be based on:
1. UX consistency across mobile and desktop.
2. Successful test transactions with stored payment tokens.
3. No critical security findings from a basic OWASP scan.
4. Clear hand-over of source code and documentation.
