Custom Development Project Support

I’m about to kick off a new development project and I’d like an experienced developer to help shape it from concept to delivery. At this point the stack and final form are still open; while I have no fixed preference between JavaScript/Node.js, Python/Django, Java/Spring—or another framework you can justify—I do need clear reasoning on why the tools you propose are the best fit.

Right now the scope could evolve into a web-based, mobile, or standalone software solution. Once you understand the goals, I’ll count on you to recommend the architecture, break the work into milestones, and then build it iteratively with clean, well-documented code in a shared repository.

Deliverables
• Short technical proposal outlining stack, architecture, and timeline
• Incremental builds pushed to version control with comments and tests
• Regular progress updates and responsiveness to feedback
