I need a modern, responsive corporate website designed and developed from the ground up. The site’s primary role is to present our company’s profile, services, and thought leadership in a clean, professional manner that reflects our brand. Because I prefer a fully custom solution instead of WordPress, Drupal, or Joomla, you will be creating both the front-end experience and a lightweight back-office that lets my team update pages, news items, and imagery without touching code.
Key things I’m expecting:
• A distinctive visual design that feels polished and trustworthy on desktop, tablet, and mobile.
• A fast, standards-compliant codebase (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) with SEO-friendly structure.
• A simple custom CMS or admin panel written in a framework you’re comfortable with (Laravel, Django, Node, etc.) so routine content edits take just a few clicks.
• Basic on-page optimisation—meta tags, alt text, clean URLs—baked in from day one.
• Training or documentation that shows my staff how to add or edit content quickly.
Once the design direction and sitemap are approved, we can establish milestones for development, testing, and hand-off. Code must be delivered fully tested and ready to deploy on a standard Linux hosting environment.
