Custom E-Commerce Site Development
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I’m getting ready to launch an online store that sells physical products and I need a developer who can build the entire e-commerce experience on a platform other than Shopify, WooCommerce or Magento. I’m open to a fully custom stack (for example, Next.js + Node, Laravel, Django, or a SaaS alternative) as long as it is scalable, secure and easy for me to manage once you hand it over.
Here’s what success looks like to me:
• A modern, responsive storefront that highlights my physical goods on desktop and mobile.
• Product, inventory and category management I can handle without touching code.
• Seamless cart, checkout and secure payment gateway integration (major cards + PayPal at minimum).
• Real-time shipping rate calculation, order tracking and automated email notifications.
• Customer account area with order history and the ability to save addresses.
• Clean, SEO-friendly URLs and speed-optimized pages.
• An admin dashboard that lets me view sales reports and plug in Google Analytics.
• Complete source code, brief documentation and two weeks of post-launch support so I can iron out any issues.
If you have a preferred tech stack that fits these needs, tell me why it’s the right choice and show me examples of similar stores you’ve built.
