Custom CRM for Coaching Center

I run a coaching institute and need a purpose-built CRM that brings our entire learner journey into one place. The system must let me:

• Register and track every student, link them to the courses they join, and follow their progress and attendance.
• Build, price, and update courses on the fly so instructors always work with the latest syllabus.
• Record each payment, show outstanding fees, and generate simple finance reports.
• Capture fresh leads as “New Entries,” push calling data into the same profile, and let counsellors log follow-up notes.

Four role levels have to log in—Admin, Instructors, Counsellor, and Team Manager—each seeing only the tools they need. I also want native integrations with:
• Email marketing tools for automated nurture sequences
• Common payment gateways for fee collection
• An existing LMS so lessons and progress sync automatically

Core deliverables
1. Web-based CRM (responsive) with the modules above
2. Role-based dashboard and permissions
3. API hookups or ready-made connectors for email, payment, and LMS
4. Clean documentation plus a short hand-off session

Functionality should be built with scalability in mind; a lightweight stack such as Laravel, Node.js, or Django is fine as long as it is well documented and test-covered.
