I’m launching a new text-focused blog and need a developer to build a clean, responsive site that is easy for me to update. The core of the project is setting up a blogging platform where I can publish long-form articles and manage them without touching code.

• Comment section so readers can engage with each post
• Built-in social media sharing buttons for quick distribution
• Email subscription form that plugs into Mailchimp (or a comparable service) for list growth
A straightforward CMS such as WordPress, Ghost, or a similarly intuitive solution is ideal, provided I can format articles, add images, and schedule posts effortlessly. Performance and security best practices—fast load times, SSL, spam protection—also matter to me.
Deliverables will be:
1. Fully functional blog site deployed on my hosting account
2. Customizable theme that matches my brand colors and typography
3. The three features above configured and tested
4. Brief hand-off guide or screenshare walkthrough so I can maintain the site myself
