Cuban Cigar E-Commerce Website

I’m building an online store devoted to authentic Cuban cigars and want the entire experience to feel like stepping into a vintage Havana lounge. The site must carry that vintage and classic aesthetic throughout its layout, typography, and color palette while still performing like a modern e-commerce platform.

Core functionality I need developed:

• Product management – simple back-office tools to add new cigars, update photos and tasting notes, set stock levels, and schedule limited-edition releases.
• Real-time inventory tracking – automatic stock countdown on the product page and low-stock alerts in the admin area.
• Customer loyalty program – points or tiered rewards that trigger at checkout and appear in the customer dashboard.
• Secure checkout – integrate credit/debit card processing (Stripe, Square or your preferred PCI-compliant gateway). The build should allow me to plug in additional methods later if I decide to add PayPal or crypto.
• Shipping options – shoppers choose between Standard or Express shipping at checkout, with rates pulled from my carrier’s API and printable labels in the admin.
• Mobile-first performance, SSL, basic SEO structure, and GDPR-ready cookie consent.

I’m flexible on tech stack as long as it’s reliable and lets a non-technical owner maintain products and orders—whether that’s WooCommerce, Shopify with a custom theme, or a lightweight Laravel/React build.

Deliverables I expect:
1. Fully functional, live website on my domain.
2. Admin credentials and a brief video or PDF walkthrough of day-to-day tasks (adding products, printing labels, viewing loyalty reports).
3. Source files, theme assets, and any custom code in a shared repository.
