Cross-Platform Survey Rewards MVP

I’m looking for an experienced freelancer to build a cross‑platform mobile app (iOS & Android) and web survey platform that supports both micro and macro surveys. The platform must allow surveys to be categorized by location (city, country), age group, interests, hobbies, and other filters, as well as wide‑scale surveys across entire populations.

The system should include survey purchasing (by clients), survey participation (by users), points/reward earning, and payout functionality, and be designed to work worldwide. Core features and requirements will be discussed further with candidates who show relevant experience and examples in their proposals.
