Cross-Platform 5-Star Rating

I need a clean, reusable 5-star rating component that works seamlessly on both my website and the companion mobile app where I sell digital products. The core requirement is that users can leave a star rating along with a written review or comment; that user-generated feedback must then display instantly across web and app with proper syncing.
You’re free to choose the tech stack—just stick to mainstream, well-supported frameworks so maintenance stays simple. If you can architect it in a modular way, I can later bolt on extras such as anonymous submissions or auto-calculated average scores, but for this first release the written review + star rating flow is the only feature I absolutely need live.
A lightweight admin panel (or endpoints I can hook into an existing back office) for moderating and hiding abusive comments would be appreciated. Please include brief notes on how to embed the widget on a new page and how the API (or SDK) calls should be made from iOS/Android.
