I need a small yet robust Python application that runs both as a desktop client and as a browser-based interface on all major operating systems and browsers. The core workflow is straightforward: users import Excel or CSV files, the app applies my transformation logic, and the processed output is exported in a clean, ready-to-use format.
An integrated admin panel must let me adjust mapping rules and configure source templates without touching the code. I also want basic username-and-password authentication, a modern, clutter-free UI, and a codebase that is clearly modular so future tweaks are painless.
To keep things concrete, I will consider the job complete when the following items are delivered:
• Cross-platform desktop build and equivalent web deployment
• Admin interface with mapping and template controls
• Source code, well-commented and organised into reusable modules
• Simple setup guide plus a short screen-share demo proving import → transform → export works end to end
