Cross-Platform Bus Route Tracker

We are seeking a developer or development team to build a secure mobile and web-based platform that allows parents, students, bus drivers, and school administrators to track school buses in real time and manage daily attendance for transportation. The system should update bus locations every few seconds and allow users to send “Not Riding Today” notices that automatically update the driver’s route.

This app must be reliable, fast, secure, and integrated across multiple user roles.
