Creative Portfolio Website Development

I want a visually striking, responsive portfolio site that presents my work in a creative way. The site must:

• Showcase my completed projects with large imagery, concise case-study copy, and an optional video embed on each project page.
• Feature a dedicated Team section where short bios and photos sit in a clean grid or carousel.
• Highlight Client Testimonials in an eye-catching slider or card layout to build trust.

Pages I have in mind are Home, Portfolio, About/Team, Testimonials, and Contact, but I’m open to layout suggestions that keep navigation intuitive. Smooth scroll, subtle micro-interactions, and fast load times are important, so please be comfortable with modern front-end practices (CSS3 animations, responsive grids, lazy-loading). A CMS like WordPress, Webflow, or a lightweight headless setup is fine as long as I can update projects and testimonials myself without touching code.
