Create a website from Scratch

I want you to create a website for me for software keys. I am software keys resellers and I want this

website to send keys automatically to the customers. When they pay me.

These are the main points that I want to be done.

1) Create a website database for each product so that I will load keys manually and when the customer buys and pays me they will get the keys on the buyer dashboard.

2) I want this to work with Crypto and Stripe and with more If you can but for now, I am using these two payment methods.

3) I want the key database system to identify a duplicate key automatically. For example, I upload one key so I don’t want to upload it again.
If I am doing that by mistake, I want the system to identify that key and automatically remove it or
give me notification that this key is already being uploaded into the database.

4) I want to see which key I have sold and to which email (account holder email) has been sent to with date and time.

5) I want to get email notification when my stock for a specific product gets to 20 keys minimum. I mean notification for low stock. If a product let’s say adobe photoshop elements 12 had 40 keys. I sold 20 keys and now it has 20 more keys so I want to get notification when the stock reaches 5 keys. So, I will restock that item.

6) I want to have the option to delete and upload bulk keys. If I want to. Such as If I want to delete a key let’s say 50 keys, I want bulk keys delete options. Same goes for upload.

7) I want the customer to see the product keys with the last one purchased. I mean If a customer bought a key today and one three days ago then I want the customer to see the key with the last one and recent one. It will have to be done in the buyer dashboard not the seller.

8) This website will have two dashboards: a) sellers’ dashboard for me and b) buyer dashboard for buyers.

9) I want the buyer to search for a key in their database and find it with the key. Also, I want them to search for the key with the product name on their buyer dashboard.

10) This website will work for instant keys delivery to the customer dashboard and they will be able to see it. Also, I want to be able to see which key I sold and to which customer and when I sold it.

11) I also want to have a download library so that the customer can download products from that because I will be uploading links in PDF or notepad and they will have access to that anytime they need.

12) I want to have a promo code system with the percentage currently my website has. When I give a promo to my trusted resellers and when they use that promo code which was created by me then they don’t pay me because whatever the amount is after applying the promo code it becomes 0 and they make them able to buy the item without paying me in real. Some customers want discounts so I give you 10% off or 20%. It will be my choice and the promo has to work accordingly.

These are the initial thoughts I have in mind. I am using that and I want to have these features in my website.

In simple words. I want to create a website like Eneba , gamivo and Kinguin. It is the type of website I want to have but these websites have different sellers
in my case I will be the only seller.
I will be the website owner and the only seller, but I want the rest of keys system to me the same to upload keys as a seller and then when buyer buy and pay me
they will get it.

I have created a video from those websites which I have mentioned I created and record buyer dashboard and sellers dahboard.
