Create a webiste using wix

I am looking for someone to help me create a website with Wix that I can use for my business. I don't have a specific design in mind, but I do have some ideas that I would like to implement. In addition, I need the site to have a blog section so I can post articles and information. Ideally, the freelancer will be able to offer advice and suggest stylistic and functional changes that will help make the website as professional and efficient as possible.
