Create a booking/payment and membership website

I need a website created that has the following attributes:

1. Clean, clear professional
2. Hilite the services we offer
3. Clients can create a profile and login
4. Clients can book appointments
5. Clients can easily make payments on the website
6. Clients can earn points through various ways (payment/tasks/etc)
7. Points system must be automated
8. Limit monthly management/management requirements
9. I want the system to run itself mostly - with basic oversight monthly
