Create a Website with Hosting & SEO

I need a full-service partner to bring a brand-new website online, host it securely, and optimise it for search engines. The visual direction is modern and clean—think intuitive layouts, lots of white space, crisp typography, and mobile-first responsiveness. Because I don’t yet have any copy, imagery, or blog posts, content creation is part of the scope; you’ll help craft engaging text and source or suggest graphics that align with the design style.

Here’s what the project covers:
• Website build: you choose the most suitable platform (WordPress, Webflow, or comparable CMS) and handle setup, theme customisation, and any needed plug-ins or integrations.
• Hosting: configure reliable, fast, and secure hosting, including SSL, routine backups, and basic performance monitoring.
• SEO foundations: on-page optimisation (titles, meta descriptions, alt tags), sitemap submission, and initial keyword targeting so the site launches search-ready.
• Content creation: draft clear, persuasive copy for core pages plus any starter blog or portfolio pieces, ensuring consistent voice and SEO best practice.
• Quality assurance: full responsive testing across devices and browsers, plus hand-off documentation so I can make future edits easily.

Acceptance criteria
1. Live website matches approved mock-ups, loads in under three seconds, and passes mobile-friendly tests.
2. All pages include optimised meta data and appear indexed in Google Search Console.
3. Supplied copy is original, proof-read, and aligned with agreed tone.
4. Hosting dashboard and CMS credentials are transferred to me at project close.
