Create Website Gambling Offshore Gaming

I’m ready to give Stella Vanancia a cohesive online footprint and need one partner to deliver everything in sync:
• an informational/blog website,
• a companion mobile app, and
• a lightweight desktop software application.

Purpose
The entire suite will be content-driven—think timely articles, updates, and resources, not e-commerce. Consistency in look, feel, and navigation across all three platforms is essential.

Core requirements
• A CMS that lets me publish, tag, and manage posts easily.
• At minimum, a Contact page with a working form; I’m open to your ideas for a Home, About, or any other supportive pages.
• Clean, responsive UI, fast load times, and accessibility best practices.
• One shared backend or API so web, mobile, and desktop pull the same content.

Deliverables
1. Website source code plus CMS installation/configuration (WordPress, Next.js, or your recommended stack).
2. Mobile app builds for iOS and Android—Flutter, React Native, or native; your call—ready for App Store and Google Play submission.
3. Desktop or cross-platform software application (Electron, Flutter, etc.) that mirrors the blog experience and supports offline reading.
4. Documentation so I can maintain content and push future updates myself.
