Create 500+ Tool Resource Website

I’m building a single, easy-to-navigate site that brings together more than 500 completely free online tools, accompanying guides, and a few AI-powered helpers. The site’s overall purpose is to serve as a general-information hub, so visitors should be able to dip in, discover a tool in seconds, and understand how to use it without wading through sales copy or paywalls.

The catalogue will span three main categories I’ve already defined—content-creation utilities (think text, image, audio and video helpers), data-analysis aids (from quick calculators to interactive dashboards), and communication resources (chat, meeting, and collaboration helpers). Everything needs to be searchable, filterable, and clearly tagged so users can jump straight to what they need.

Behind the scenes, I need a modern, scalable CMS structure that lets me keep adding tools and short how-to write-ups without touching code. Feel free to suggest WordPress, Webflow, custom React, or any stack you’re comfortable maintaining, as long as performance and simplicity stay top priorities. SEO-friendly URLs, clean semantic markup, and responsive design are essential.
