Create Simple Online Store Using My Old PrestaShop Data

Hi,
I have an old PrestaShop-based online store. I’ve already downloaded the full database and all product images. I’m looking for a freelancer to build a new online store from scratch using any modern e-commerce platform (Shopify, updated PrestaShop, WooCommerce, etc.). The design can be simple or template-based — what matters is that the store is fully functional.
What You’ll Do
1. New E-commerce Store Setup
• Install and configure the new store from scratch.
• Migrate products, categories, and images from the existing database.
• Responsive and functional layout (template is fine).
• Integration of payment and shipping methods.
• Fully working and ready-to-sell store.
2. Shipping Module
• Install and configure a modern shipping module to handle Americas and EU (UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.).
• Test shipping rates and checkout flow end to end.
3. Currency Label Swap by Region (No Price Conversion)
• No currency conversion: keep one price entry per product (e.g. $100 in Americas, €100 in EU/Rest).
• Detect visitor location using Geo IP or browser locale.
• Display USD to all visitors from the Americas, and EUR to everyone else.
• Ensure the currency label switch does not affect cart contents, tax calculation, or checkout logic.
• Display the correct taxes based on customer location.
