Goal:
Develop a feature-complete web and mobile application that replicates the capabilities of AquaSchedules.com, enabling interpreter agencies to manage scheduling, communications, billing, and logistics for Deaf, hard of hearing, non-English speaking, and visually impaired communities.

Core Features to Replicate
• User Role Management: Admins, schedulers, interpreters, and requesters with role-based access
• Appointment Scheduling: Request, assign, and track interpreter appointments in real time
• Interpreter Dashboard: Availability, location filtering, real-time updates
• Requester Portal: Easy request submission and status visibility
• Billing & Invoicing: Rate configurations, invoice exports, mileage/time tracking
• Notifications: SMS/email reminders, confirmations, and alerts
• Reporting Tools: Productivity, fulfillment, and compliance metrics
