Courier Website with Tracking
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I want a clean, responsive courier website that lets me create new shipments from an Admin dashboard and automatically generate a unique tracking number for each one. Visitors will be able to enter that number on a public-facing page and see status updates at key points—picked up, in transit, out for delivery, delivered—rather than minute-by-minute GPS data.
The site also needs a full set of contact options so customers can always reach us. A standard contact form will handle general enquiries, while built-in live chat and a clearly displayed phone support section will give real-time assistance.
Only an Admin and team role is required right now, but the architecture should be flexible enough to add Courier or Customer roles later without a rebuild. From the Admin panel I should be able to:
• create, edit or cancel a shipment
• update the current checkpoint status
• view a searchable list of all shipments
One function that is needed the api of the website, where the details of the tracking numbers can be fetched and shown into other portals.
A concise user guide or short screen-share video showing how to manage shipments and update statuses will complete the hand-off. Security best practices, smooth mobile performance and an intuitive UI are essential, but the exact tech stack is up to you as long as it meets those goals.
