Courier Software & Tracking Suite

I am developing an end-to-end courier platform that ties together dispatch, real-time fleet oversight, and customer notifications. The core of the project is a web dashboard for operations staff plus companion mobile apps for both iOS and Android drivers.

Key features I must see working smoothly:
• Real-time GPS-based tracking of every vehicle on an interactive map, with breadcrumb history and status filtering.
• Driver apps that let couriers collect on-screen signatures, snap proof-of-delivery photos, and sync each stop instantly.
• Automatic customer updates—SMS or WhatsApp—triggered by status changes such as “out for delivery”, “delivered”, or “issue reported”.
• Centralised web console where staff can create jobs, assign routes, monitor progress, and pull POD images or signatures on demand.

The system should be cloud-first so that images and other assets stay available to operations and clients at any time. REST or GraphQL APIs are expected so we can link into accounting and customer-facing portals later.

When the project wraps, I will need:
1. Production-ready web application with responsive UI.
2. iOS and Android driver apps published to TestFlight / internal testing tracks.
3. Secure backend (source code + documentation) handling user roles, GPS ingestion, messaging, and image storage.
4. Deployment scripts or CI/CD pipeline instructions so my team can spin up staging and future environments with minimal effort.
5. A concise technical hand-off guide and a walkthrough call to confirm everything is running as intended.
