Courier Platform with Marketplace Integrations

I need a complete courier-management solution that pulls every new order from the Yemek Sepeti, Getir, Trendyol and Migros seller panels the very moment it appears. My preferred flow is through a Chrome extension, so the system must watch those panels in real time, capture the order data automatically and push it straight into the courier dashboard without any manual clicks.
Phone-in orders are handled by my staff; I still want them to reach the same dashboard automatically. A lightweight screen where they key in the call details once—and the system posts it to the queue—is enough, as long as it feels as seamless as the extension-driven imports.
On the operations side I’m expecting:
• A live map that shows each courier’s location (GPS tracking from the mobile app).
• Status buttons on the courier app: “Aldım” when the package is picked up, “Teslim Edildi” when dropped. Each tap must update the dashboard instantly.
• Push notifications on the courier’s phone the second an order is assigned, with a simple “Gördüm” acknowledgement.
• A web panel where I can filter reports by sales channel or payment type, choose any date & time range, and export the results to Excel.
Give me the Chrome extension, the web admin/operations portal and the courier mobile app (Android first, iOS nice-to-have). Use whatever back-end stack you are comfortable with, as long as it delivers snappy real-time performance and clean, well-documented code.
