Hi,

I’m building a custom courier/logistics booking platform for my UK transport company.

This must be a fully custom web app (NOT WordPress plugins).

Core features for MVP:

Customer side
– Postcode → postcode booking
– HERE/Google Maps distance calculation
– Dynamic pricing (minimum charge + per mile logic)
– Vehicle selection
– Instant quote
– Booking form + save job

Admin / Dispatcher
– Dashboard
– View bookings
– Accept/Decline
– Assign drivers
– Status updates

Driver
– Mobile view
– See assigned jobs
– Update status

APIs already available:
– Maps (HERE)
– SMS (Twilio)
– Companies House validation

IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ

I work only with milestone-based delivery.

Payment is released ONLY after each working demo.

Required structure:

Milestone 1 – Booking page demo (map + pricing working)
Milestone 2 – Dispatcher dashboard
Milestone 3 – Driver portal
Milestone 4 – Final polish

Each milestone must include:
Live demo link OR working files
No videos / screenshots only

I need visible progress every 2–3 days.

If you cannot provide frequent demos, please do not bid.
