Counseling Session Booking Platform

I need a complete web platform that lets clients browse available therapists, choose an open time slot, pay online, and instantly receive a Zoom meeting link for their session. On the therapist side, each practitioner must be able to:

• Open, edit, or block availability slots in real time
• View a searchable history of every session they have completed
• Report any technical or client-related issue straight from their dashboard
• Send the Zoom link manually or allow the system to dispatch it automatically once payment is confirmed

As the site owner I want a consolidated admin view that totals how many sessions have taken place (filtered by date range, therapist, and client) and highlights upcoming bookings. Secure payment processing, email/SMS notifications, and GDPR-compliant data handling are expected or also is there anything called HIPPA.
