Corporate WordPress Site on AWS

I need a clean, corporate-style WordPress website that presents our company information in a dynamic way and lives entirely on AWS. The core of the build is straightforward: a responsive theme customised to reflect a professional tone, with three key content areas—About Us, Team Bios and Company History—ready for me to update through the WordPress dashboard.

Key expectations
• WordPress installed, configured and secured on an AWS instance you provision (Lightsail or EC2 is fine as long as it scales and you document the setup).
• A modern, corporate-looking theme (premium or custom child theme) styled to match our brand colours and fonts.
• Page templates for About Us, Team Bios and Company History, portfolio database each set up with intuitive Gutenberg blocks so non-technical staff can edit content easily.
• Essential plugins added and tuned for performance, caching, backups and basic SEO, without bloat.
• HTTPS, domain pointing, and email deliverability (SES or equivalent) fully working.
• A brief hand-off guide that explains how to log in, update pages and manage the AWS environment.

Once the site is live and I’ve verified everything functions as described, the project is complete.
