Corporate Video Event Scheduler

I need a streamlined web platform that lets me schedule corporate events and instantly spin up fully branded event pages for each one. The heart of the system is a reliable scheduler—think pick a date, confirm the slot, and have it appear on a master calendar that can later sync with Outlook or Google.

Each scheduled event must generate its own customised page where I can drop in our logo, colour palette, speaker bios, agenda sections, and, when relevant, an embedded livestream or pre-recorded video. Attendees should land on that page, register, and have their details stored in a lightweight back-end that also notes any paid add-on video or download they purchase. While automated reminders and deeper analytics might come later, the first milestone is all about rock-solid scheduling and those custom pages.

• Clean, well-commented source code in a modern stack (Laravel, Node, Django, or comparable—open to your recommendation)
• Brief hand-over guide so my in-house developer can keep building on your work
