Converting MSQL Stored Procedures into modern Entity framework structure

I am looking for someone to modernize my websites backend. Currently the website only uses the Entity frame work of .NET in order to connect to the MSQL Database where all the logic is then processed in Stored procedures. I am looking for a talented developer who can replace the stored procedures and use the entity framework to realize the same logic. The website consists of multiple module with user profiles, login, registration, blog and other modules (these use information from the other modules).
