Convert Joomla Site to WordPress
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
My Joomla-based site lives on SiteGround, but I can no longer reach the Joomla back-end. I still have full access to the SiteGround file manager and databases, so all content is safe; I simply need someone to stand up a fresh WordPress install, migrate everything over, and make the new site look and feel exactly like the old one.
Here is what I need:
• Deploy WordPress in the existing SiteGround account, using the version that supports SiteGround’s built-in AI tools.
• Extract all pages, posts, images, menus, modules, and any custom code from the current Joomla files/database.
• Re-create the existing design, layout, navigation, and styling in WordPress so visitors experience no visual change.
• Preserve all current URLs or set up 301 redirects to avoid SEO losses.
• Hand over a fully working WordPress dashboard I can log into, along with brief notes on how to activate and use the SiteGround AI agents.
When you’re done, I want to be able to sign into WordPress, see my familiar site exactly as before, and immediately start experimenting with the AI features.
